4505DI trans issue

Own a 4505DI that we bought new in ~2000, (1200 hours now) started gradually not wanting to go in some gears in low range, now progressively getting worse in low and high range. Yesterday put in reverse and had a hard time getting out of that gear. Changed trans fluid, greased all clutch linkage, all input much appreciated to trouble shoot issue. Thanks!

I wonder if the clutch linkage is out of adjustment.....that could/would be a gradual decline. I’d start there because my other guess is a bad pilot or throwout bearing.
