3-Point Hitch 4530 3-point hitch hydraulic question

My hitch on my 4110 never has gone down without something on it no matter what the temp. It has almost 6 years and 1450 hrs. and still the same as new. It only takes ever so slight weight to lower it - one hand or a foot will do it warm or cold.
