does anyone know the capacity of the hydraulic tank on these tractors? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif I friend of mine is looking to put a woods backhoe on his and was trying to figure if he should go with the pump kit or not. I know that the 4500 have such a small tank that they tend to over heat when using a backhoe, but can not find info to tell me if this is also true with the 4530. I am guess that it will be since they look so similar.

Thanks,

The 4530 has integrated hydraulics, unlike the 4500, meaning that the trans, rearend and hydraulics share fluid. You won't need a tank. On the 4500, the hydraulic capacity is much smaller and a tank is needed for a backhoe.

Dave:

Does the power stearing also share the same hydraulics? Is there just one drain plug and filter for the entire hydraulic system and how many gallons does the system hold?

I am considering replacing my old tractor, and the 4530 looks like a good tractor. Thanks for any info you can share on the 4530.
