4600 snow blower ate a hay net

I have a Lucknow 3 pt blower that I used to use;bought it used

Recall one time when it wasn’t working properly (not spinning). Shear bolts looked fine.

Finally figured out there were two sets if shear bolts in different locations.

Life is always a learning process......

Glad you found and posted the solution - it will help someone else in the future

Is there an "I feel stupid" emoji ?
or maybe an I feel stupid, but relieved" emoji?

Unhooked the rear mounted snowblower and pulled out the PTO switch and the tractor's shaft turned.
Hooked it back up to the snowblower and snowblower shaft wouldn't turn.
Took a better look at the snowblower shaft and found two bolts missing on the connector at the
tractor. Like back-up shear bolts.
I've been using this set up for about 10 years, broken drive chains and shear bolts on pieces of 4x4,
a 10" channel lock pliers, and numerous feet of chain link fence and never broke those bolts and
never knew they were there.
-Don't blow your neighbor's yard out w/o asking what might be hidden although the hay net and
pliers were in our yard.

Thanks for the responses and I'll look closer next time.
You don't need to feel ashamed or stupid.

That's what makes this forum entertaining AND puts a lot of important information for fellow users on here.

Thanks for reporting back what the issue was. Many posters show up and post a tragedy like it's the end of the world and never report the solution.

Happy Eastern and stay healthy.
