Price Check 4710 PRICE

First of all, I would like to say how great this board is and shortly I will be the proud owner of a tractor. The CEO has given the go ahead /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif. I have looked at the top 3 brands and all dealers around here have been very nice and helpful which makes the decision harder because now it boils down to which one /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif. At present, I like the 4710 the best. I was wondering if I was getting a fair price on the 4710 as equipped. The next nearest dealers are 80-90 miles away. I will list the quote as it was given to me:
4710 w/ e hydro
1 rear remote
r4 tires
$20,443.50

Loader with hood guard
73" bucket
$3,692.00

Frontier 84 inch rear discharge mower
$1996.00

Rear light kit, arm rest kit, canopy, automotive cruise control with speed match, and telescoping draft link ends add $807 to the pricing.

Total $26,538 with no tax having to be paid.

Just wandering if a fair price and should I go ahead and order it ASAP. Thanks for your great wealth of knowledge and future help.

Well that price is very competive from my experience when I was shopping for my 4310. The 4710 is a bit bigger than mine /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif, but the price you got looks really good to me.
I got the iMatch adapter, and the ballast box on mine. I am planning on building a log splitter so I also made sure I had a place to hook up the hydraulics in the rear.
You won't be disappointed in your 4710.

Welcome to TBN and to the John Deere forums.

The prices you quote are somewhat comparable to prices I paid for my JD 4710 about a year ago. I shopped at 5 dealers and I went with the dealer (KC-Canary, Fultonville, NY) who gave me the best price on the tractor package. I don't think you can do much better than this without spending a lot of time and traveling to distant dealers to get price quotes. Overall, it sounds like a very fair price. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
