Mowing 48" Finish Mower Blade challenge

Yes. Your recollection is correct. I spoke to Terry about it, and he was surprised that it had happened. He was not aware of the problem on another unit. I think I or the previous owner must have hit something to cause the weakness. Anyway...it is holding for now. I am going to play it cool like Luke and see if it continues to hold.

By the way...talking about the weather, my electric bill from Philadelphia Electric shows the average daily temperature for July at 80 while one year ago it was 73. No wonder everything is frying without the rain. We had some recently and the ground is still dry. Is it the same everywhere else? Jim --

Yep. This is one of the top 10 driest Augusts in Indiana. I am pulling dead leaves out of my pool already. Not supposed to do that until end of Sept.

Haven't mowed our lawn in 2-3 weeks. It just isn't growing.

I will have to add water to my pool for the first time this season, too. It is down 2". Earlier in the year I had to pump it out 4 times due to all the rain.
