Thanks for the replies guys. I have to go pick up a light socket from my Kubota dealer this week. I'm gonna see what he has on hand. I just might take one home with me!

Thanks.

I have a Fred Crain Agri-Cutter 104, a 4' cutter and it's awesome. I'm not sure they are in Texas but for under $500 a couple years ago it's did everything and more I'd ever imagined it would do.

It's a shear bolt set up and I went thru 3-4 in the beginning but soon figured out I wasn't getting the bolt tight enough and haven't sheaed one in two years.

I would be careful about getting the bolt too tight. If you tighten it so tight it squeezes the collar on the shaft, then you have effectively reduced the ability for it to shear when needed. It would have to overcome the friction of the collar on the shaft plus shearing the pin itself.

I have a 4' Bushog Squealer, that I pulled with my TO20 Fergie. Went with the 4 footer because of limited drawbar HP with the Fergie. At times could only take half a cut because of heavy brush, etc.
Recently purchased a L3130 and now have more HP, so could use a wider Bushhog, but it's not a real problem, just make more passes and it also mulches the cuttings better. I mainly mow trails/woods roads.
Will attach picture of Bush hog with both tractors.

ps: You might want to make note of the screen I made for my L3130, have had some small chunks of wood go flying by, plus been nailed a few times - stay safe!

And what would that price be? I'm going to my Kubota dealer Friday... I'm gonna see what he has.

Thanks.

I had a 60" Woods Brush Bull that I abused pretty good, and it was trouble free. I now have have a 72" Woods, and so far it's trouble free. From what I've seen and heard, Woods is not the best, but just about as good as you can get for the money.
