I want to buy a 4n1 bucket for my ck 25 tractor with a kl130 loader. I am going with a wr long bucket because I already have one of their grapples and like it very much. The question I have is should I go with the HJ2 or the UJ2. I like the HJ2 because it weighs less. The UJ2 opens 12 inches wider though and seems more durable. I know some of you have a bucket already so I'm looking for your opinions.

I think you would lose too much lift capacity if you get the heavier version. I have the UJ2 on a DK40. It is a pretty heavy implement and if you expect to lift stumps etc you may find those losses problematic. If I'm not mistaken, the WRLong spec sheet would suggest the HJ2 for a tractor with lift capacity of about 1000lbs. Remember that WRLong uses mid bucket lift capacity while Kioti specifies the lift at pivot pins. The mid bucket capacity of the KL130 is probably a bit less than 1000lbs.
Though I have one of these buckets and do find some uses for it, I am not a big fan of 4n1 buckets, especially when you consider their cost. 4n1s are no where near as efficient with brush as a grapple or grapple bucket. The dozer function of the 4n1 is nice but a box blade is much safer (for the loader) and more powerful. It is possible to damage the jaws of a 4n1 with a heavy tractor while dozing so I'd add that to a list of concerns. Adding a grapple arm to the standard bucket is much more cost effective and gives you a better tool frankly (I know you already have a grapple I just mean to provide the comparison in terms of utility).

I went with the Kubota brand for my B26 and I really like the looks of it, but I haven't got to use it yet as last week week had 12-13" of frost and this week its 70f out and a mess. I will get some photo's of it, I also installed the valve from kubota and it went on very easy.
