4xxx Series Grill Guard,, Ideas?

Been there has a nice guard. If you leave your grill extended it might not hurt extend the sides curved back and covered with expanded metal to protect from the side branch spears.

I like that,, I guess I have to get some expanded steel,,,
how thick was the steel you used?

I would recommend a #9 expanded metal for this guard.
