5 foot FM on Ebay, looks legit

I have no connection with this but this showed up in one of my daily favorite emails from Ebay. $1200 BIN with free shipping. Seller is a pawnshop so I'm guessing they want to unload it. If I was in the market I would probably jump on it even if it is a light duty mower since my mowing is maybe once every couple weeks in some bermuda mix.

It's not my auction, just passing on some info.

Well on second thought maybe it's a so-so deal depending on who makes it. I seem to recall about $1500 as an average price to a FM. But I'll leave it up just in case.

Ummm, we've been offering Sitrex 5' for less than that all spring. I'll ship you a new 5' for what that guy wants (you are in Texas, right?) It appears to be made by Sicma by the design and the I----a would likely be "Italia" rather than Indiana or Indonesia as the auction somewhat humorously suggests.
