5 ft. king kutter tiller with JD 4210 tractor

My tiller finally arrived on Tuesday.I finished up with all of the preliminaries today.It's raining so tilling will have to wait.King Kutter failed to put any decals on the tiller,save the serial number tag.So i helped them out with some decals of my own.:laughing:No owner's manual either.Some of the part numbers may be different from the standard model.We'll see i guess.Any idea on how many shots of grease are needed for the tine shaft bearing?

I have a JD 2520 HST with just under 27HP and 20 PTO HP and have no issues with my 5 foot tiller. Yeah if you hit big rocks it will shake a bit. If you go with a 4' you will leave some tire tracks. My small 2520 is 53" wide so a even a 4' would be a little narrow for my tractor.

Actually,the 4ft model is offset to eliminate tire tracks.Preliminary measurements indicate i might be able to till with those super wide turfs.Kinda looks like a top fuel dragster from the rear.:laughing:

I have a JD 650 and have been looking at several tiller attachments.
Most, but not all, have stated a 650 should not use a 48" tiller because of the horsepower.
I really would like the 48" tiller.... Has anyone used the 37" or 39" tiller? how do they work?
Has anyone used the 48" tiller? How does it work?
I have a loader and backhoe on the tractor and have real experienced no problems using the heck out of them.
Except when it's cold outside. The hydraulics are really slow. I drained all the fluid and changed the filters. In warm weather it work OK but when it's cold it moves at a snails pace. Any suggestions?
