I have a new B2410 HST 4WD and I can get a Woods RB72
or a Woods RB60 for it. Is the 6 foot blade a bit much for the B2410? The RB60 is cheaper. I will use it to maintain my gravel driveway and some grading and digging of dirt.
If the wider blade will tax the tractor too much then I'd rather go with the narrower blade. What do you think?
Congrats on the new tractor. Your manual should list the max size and weight of implements for your tractor. Some people have good success with larger than recommended sizes, but you do so at your own risk.
If it comes down to it, I believe I've seen a 66" rear blade made by someone... or maybe I'm thinking of the GB65 box blade made by Woods: it's 65" wide.
Congrats on your B2410, I also have a B2410 that was delivered 12/20/2001. I went with a Land Pride rear blade model RB1560 with skid shoes, it is a 5' footer and seems to work fine. My friend bought a 6' Land Pride for his B2410 and later had 6" cut off each end. He seemed to think it was a bit much for what he used it for. Also the skid shoes are a very nice addition.......
I HAVE A B2400 and it came with a 6 ft. rear blade, i use it for moving snow along with the fel and do some dirt work with it, have not found it to be to big for the tractor(YET)./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
