Snow Attachments 5' rear blower too big for Kubota B7100HST?

Just factor on a couple hundred lbs of snow packed into the blower weight when you are figuring your lift capacities.

If it will lift it, you can spin it. And as others have said a HST means you can go as slow as needed to make up for your lack of HP. A bucket full of snow will make for convenient front ballast if you can lift it but are short on front traction & steering.

Yes, the max recommended weight of the blower is less than the specified 3pt lifting capacity - I'm guessing the good folks at Kubota took the weight of the snow into account.
