I just got my survey in my email yesterday. It is only if you have Kubota Insurance as all three questions pertain to that. It's interesting to note that there is no place to put your name in the survey, only your address to where to send the check. I can't believe their going to lookup all the email addresses and match them to the person so I put my name in there as well. I guess I better and make sure to send it from my home PC also. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
