I can't think of a better thread to support the one I started for creating manuals. Now, I have another idea that I will post. It will be on "Maintenance Mentors"

I just discovered a couple of months ago that they will no longer sell less than $50 in 'parts', so I can't even buy their overpriced hydraulic oil filters any more unless I buy a two year supply at one time.

What? Are you kidding me? That is absolutely not right. The PT has so many custom parts. That policy makes no sense.

Just to bring closure to this thread. I'm attaching a photo that will help others pinpoint the location of the hydraulic bleeder port of recent PT 425s (possibly 422s as well?). The port is quite accessible but space is tight because it's located under a bunch of hydraulic hoses. TIP: make your life easier by removing the heat deflector (situated between the muffler and the battery).

Also, you can see from this photo the gas seepage problem I've been experiencing (note the discoloration on the fuel tank).

Mine has the same discoloration. A little simple green cleaner will remove most of it, but the entire tank turns a little darker color over the years.
