I have a 3510i that will be getting a 50 hour service as soon as the weather breaks. I know many posts have discussed this but I was hoping to get a good list of tips and "dos and don'ts". The owner's manual doesn't seem to be a lot of help. Seems I have read a lot of posts on hydraulic filters, multiple drain plugs, hidden drain plugs, fuel filter issues, etc. Thanks for any tips you could give me!

Things I had to learn-
There is a drain plug under the driveshaft at the front of the rearend. (I found it after draining from the screen area)
You need at least 3 5 gal buckets because there is a lot of fluid to drain.

The first service is the important one! You remove any trash left from manufacturing.
OEM hydraulic filter is best as others have had issues with generic.
