I was wondering if it was something that a person would get used to and finally like after awhile. Seems like the brakes would be awkward to use also

Don't really need to use the brakes with an HST, except for parking on a slope.

Have you heard of boutique pricing? Or perhaps the words of a Don McClean song: "The more you pay, the more it's worth".

Like the saying goes..."you get what you pay for"...

I would modify that to "if you are lucky if you get what you pay for". A higher price does not guaranty higher quality. Compare a Mercedes with a Honda, for example. Guess which one is more reliable? I owned a Kubota for 25 years, but I bought the Mahindra 5035 this time, because it seemed to be an all around more rugged machine than the Kubota offering.
