While you are waiting on an answer to your question, I will offer a couple of opinions.

1) Depends a little on the lowest expected temperature where you live, but I would use UDT instead of 80/90W oil. It is murder to ever get it all our and go back and it does not lubricate worth a flip when it is cold. The front axle on a tractor is loaded pretty lightly and handles very little horsepower. If the seals leak, they are going to leak regardless of the fluid and if they every start to leak, I would prefer to fix them. If you are going to use 80/90W oil, consider using a synthetic and it will not get like mollasses when it is cold.

2) There should be no difference in hydraulic fluid for the loader since the extra amount is in the loader and you can't drain it out anyway. The bigger problem is finding all of the drain plugs and being sure they have all been pulled. (ask me how I know). The transmission should hold almost exactly what the manual says. The dipstick will tell you this, but I would check it before you add all of the oil. I carefully measured what I drained, and put back the exact same amount.
