Good Luck, once you get it back I would use the crap out of it and check the oil to be sure its fixed before the warranty is out. Even letting it sit and run at 1500 rpm for several hours might be beneficial

My dealer said the head checked out good. They ordered another head gasket and are waiting on new head bolts. Its kinda leaning towards bad block isnt it?

Urge them, in writing, to replace the engine.

As I said, a porous head or block sounds more likely now. They should put in a whole engine assembly and if Kioti Warranty knows anything, that is what they will do. It is very difficult and time consuming to detect the cause when you get a problem like that. Very unusual as well. .

I believe they are doing as they are instructed by kioti warranty.

Got my tractor delivered today! First thing I did was loosen oil drain plugs to check for water. No water in pan which is good! Gave it a good once over and fired it up. Worked it for an hour and so far so good. Oil is lookin and smelling good. I will keep working and checking for leaks and water in the crank case. Hopefully I wont find any. Now if we could only get some rain.

Glad to hear you are back and running. Some here are saying your block might be bad, I have to say I highly doubt that. First you said they replaced the head gasket BEFORE having verified the squareness of the head. Then the gasket they replaced failed, and THEN they checked the head, (as any competent shop would BEFORE replacing the gasket in the first place).:confused3::eek:
Now, according to the dealer they have milled the head to within acceptable tolerances, (theoretically), and you are now field testing their workmanship.
In my professional opinion, as the owner of a foreign auto repair shop for over ten years, if they did the procedure correctly and the head checked out as true by their machine shop you should have no further problems with this engine for a reasonable lifespan of a diesel tractor engine.
I'm also saying not to worry about the block, the likely hood of it being warped is minuscule at 50 hours.
If they replaced the head bolts, as you stated they told you they would, then find out when they need to be retorqued. If they can't answer that question to your satisfaction, I would contact Kioti Corporate and
detail your concerns to their zone representative by phone AND in writing.
Keep any receipts you received from the dealer for all repairs related to this issue, FOREVER!
Check fluids regularly, and do so with coolant level as well as oil. Check the interface between the block and head for any signs of weeping or leaks too.
How much time is left on the warranty? If this repair was close to end of your warranty, which I doubt, due to 50 hours on the machine, you should have the dealer explain how long the repair is warrantied by them; usually to end of your factory warranty, or a stated term beyond same if close to termination of factory warranty.
Otherwise I would not sweat the thought of a block, or especially a new engine- that's NEVER going to happen if they can fix it with a head plane and gasket and bolts. You'd have to have a catastrophic failure for that to even come onto the radar.

Having water in oil (milkshake) strips the lubrication quality of the oil. I wouldn't want that motor back, 'twere it mine. Could prematurely wipe out bearings, crank etc.

Very few engines have a bearing failure caused from coolant, twenty years ago they would pay to have you check the bearings. Now, they will not.
Having a faulty gasket is not unusual, but at a dealership you would think they would notice the fault.
I would watch the vent, if it is an external one and the oil filler cap for a foam like substance, if it does not.
Know you warranty, times and hours, and be sure you really check it really thoroughly when it is near the end.
