Hello there -

First time I browsed around your site - very well laid out - I even printed out your "B7610 Common Parts" page for handy reference (my next "planned" service stuff I'll order from you in return ). I think these "self servicing pages" will be a great resource for everyone.

I tried opening your "BX 50 Hour Service" - in both Firefox and IE - and the step -by-step text / instructions appear on the left - but just empty boxes appear for the images along the right side? All other images on your site seem to load fine....so something must be set wrong on just this page...

Great guide!

You should also throw pictures in of where all the grease zerks are and other areas that need to be greased.

I wish that you would have had one up for an L2800, I just got soaked almost $500 by my dealer for the 50 hour service!

what an informative and helpful write up with pics. I'll look for the other models (b3030 hopefully). Thanks for your work. You ought to put them all together for the various suggested maintenance intervals and sell them on a cd for 10 to 15 dollars. I'd buy it and it would offset some of your costs to put them together. Just a thought but I wont gripe if you just give them away either I guess

Yea its comming. He just started about a week ago. We'll be adding probably 3-4 a week.

Agree with vrman about including photos of all the grease fitting locations. Some are not easy to find.

How 'bout the M7040? Of course I'm at 76 hours. Still owe my dealer for the 50-hour service. But it appears to be an indispensable reference even after the 50-hour service. Better than the manual.
