After buying several Kubotas I bought a BX2350. Plastic hoods and stuff didn't bother me but plastic hood didn't close correct. The safety switch in the seat was bad because I had to lean back all the time to keep the engine from dying but I think someone has came up with a simple fix for that with shims, I believe. The abrupt stop in reverse was so bad that I traded the tractor in less than a year to a BX2660 which has none of the aforementioned problems. So, for me the abrupt stop in reverse was the only real issue now that I know about the easy safety switch fix.Are there any differences between the 50 series and the 60 series BX tractors? If so what are they and how important are they? Thanks

The 30 series don't have this flaw either.Dirkster- go with the 60 series. the reverse issue is enough to convince you the extra few bucks is worth it. no question asked. Lets not get into the plastic or metal, reverse,3 pt option, etc issues. I have the 50 series and will not get rid of it. I like it except for one thing-the reverse issue. I am willing to working at ideas to modify something to make it more bearable though. Its really the same thing 50 vs 60, everything else is cosmetic.
