Loader 5035 Hydraulic Problems

I finally got a chance to work on this. I took the cables off to include the actuating lever. It turns out there was some corrosion, nothing serious. I cleaned that up. The problem was everything was out of adjustment. It wasn't much but it made a big difference. I reinstalled everything by the instructions including routing the cables correctly and it seems to have cured my problem.
Does anyone know if the loader is installed by the dealer or does it arrive from the factory installed?

Front end loaders and backhoes are added at either the regional distributor or installed by the dealer in some cases. Most loaders come from the distributor but some backhoes are dealer installed as backhoes are more of an optional item while loaders are also options but much more common. Both of mine were distributor installed items. When I went tractor shopping every tractor on the dealer's lot had a FEL but only a few had a backhoe.

Both....Loader subframes are typically added at the "factory" here in the USA. Then crated without wheels and tires and sent to the dealer. The dealer would then add the loader itself and tires etc. If a dealer did have a machine that they decided to add the loader to they could do that as the sub frame bolts on....typically.
If you are asking about the control valve- a cable actuated one that is near your right leg would almost always be done at the factory.

That is not what I've seen and I've visited the regional distributor here. Tires are installed at the distribution point. Most FELs are distributor installed and some backhoes. It's a sea of red tractors over there, biguns, littluns and everything in between. Dave here used to be a distributor and he can tell you exactly how they come. The basic tractors are delivered to the distributor packed like sardines in shipping containers with no tires, no loaders, backhoes etc. Loaders and backhoes come from other makers some from US companies like KMW as was the case for my loader and backhoe. My tires are US made Titan and the first time I saw my machine at the distributor it had Ags on it but I had them changed to R4s so it came to the dealer with R4s.
