5075e Transmission Hard Shifting

Here's a new one:

My new 5075e with Power Reverser has developed a new issue. The transmission slams in and out of gear when shifting between forward and reverse, unless the tractor is idled completely down and not moving. This is happening in all three ranges and all four gears. My dealer is going to send his service man out to recalibrate the transmission. It's my understanding that I should be able to shift between forward and reverse at any RPMs and in any gear.

I'm not sure but it seems as if the problem gets worse the longer the tractor runs. Anyway, apparently it's a computer issue and should be repaired before any damage occurs.

have any of you guys had this issue?

Not a good thing... I've not had that problem. Sounds like the "shift modulator control" needs to be re-flashed or programmed.

Don't imagine that it will be too extensive a job.
