5203--13 hours in the dirt

Had a 13 hour day Saturday on my new 5203 and 512 loader. Moved about 40 yards of West Texas blow sand. Probably could have been a little more efficient with 4wd, but sometimes the 4wd can suck the machine down in the dirt. I am really happy with the power of the machine. If I was to do much commercial loader work the collar shift would not be my choice. For what I am doing, I really liked the whole package. A little more ballast might have helped, but will get to that later.

Sounds like A good time !!!! I dont have A tractor at this time but im shooting for A spring purchase. Its great to hear about people enjoying themselves. I just had surgery on my ankle and will be out of work for about 2months so maybe I can join in these forums more. Mike
