Howdy...

I'm NOT a very smart Tractor-Man, so wanted to ask a couple Trouble-Shoot
Questions of the experts...

1. Tractor has been sitting about a Month, went to do some Road Repair AND
Bush-hogging, noticed the following issue(s)

Started up right away, but Hydralics are Very Jerky--- Trying to Raise the Bucket OR 3-Point, They Move a bit, then Stop---Steering affected as well
Could this be Low Fluid Level OR a dirty filter??

2. (This is probably REAL dumb) I noticed the PTO Oil at thr rear was not visible in the Upper sight gauge... (Dumb Question Time) Is PTO Oil and Engine Oil the same???

Thanks...

The oil sight gauge you are seeing is for the hydraulic as well as transmission oil. If not visible it sounds like is low on oil, the engine oil is checked with its own dipstick and will be on the side of the engine with a yellow handle.

Welcome to TBN Boe:D

Like CTL said, the rear site glass is on the oil tank for the whole hydraulic system-so if it's low then that would explain your problems.

Do you have a manual? If not then here is a link to it: 5205
