Has anyone experienced a "pulsation" as their loader goes up?
Just wondering if its just me or a problem with the hydralics somewhere.
The loader is on a 5203 tractor.

It sounds like cavatation. I would check your hyd. oil level. an then mabey your sump screen on the tractor.

I checked the fluid level, and it seems fine, right where it should be. This is a new tractor (10 hrs) I can't explain it, however, if I can't figure it, I'll call the dealer for advice

What's goin' on with the rest of your tractor's hydraulics? Steering, 3pt.? They OK -- or hesitation, jerky with some pump noise?

You could try to unplug and re-seat the QD's (quick-disconnects) that go to the loader. Sometimes they don't quite seat all the way even though they look OK.

I'll try the disconnects today. As far as all of the other hydralics, everything seems fine.
Nice machine, by the way! I was wondering what would happen if you changed the injector pump, would it boost the HP to, say a 5303? Its thge same engine.

There's several threads on the forum's here at TBN regarding that.... it would void your warranty, one. And there might be differences in the turbo's (fixed vane vs variable vane) with each step up in HP, too; not just a change in the pump.
