5245 zetor slow hydraulics

I just bought a used 5245 zetor tractor with a leon 590 loader tractor runs great loader goes up and down bucket works but i have to really rev engine to get it to work but will not pick up a load and i fold bucket and it falls back i am new to hydraulics please please help could it be my pump? and also rear hydros are slow .

i have decided to just replace hydraulic pump can someone tell me how to get it out lol?

Have you had a flow and pressure test done on your machine?

Have you used a hyd pressure gage and read the pressure.

Just going out and buying a pump may not solve your problem.

You will have to learn all the aspects of the tractor if nothing more than to be safe.

I would recommend a manual, and asking questions on the forum as you have done.

In order to know what is wrong, you have to know how things operate.

Check the pump pressure. The gauge is cheap relative to the pump and might be useful for future troubleshooting. The problem might be stuck pressure regulator, plugged filter and bad pump as well. You can plumb in the gauge permanently or plug it to the remote (that is the easy way). Go to hydraulic shop and they will sell you the gauge with piece of hose with hydraulic coupling. When you plug the gauge in activate the remote and read the pressure. You might also remove the pump and take it to the shop to test it.

I took front loader off tractor now rear hydraulics seem to be working fine now what does this mean?

Maybe you had the loader connected wrong.

Perhaps a QD was malfunctioning and blocking flow.

Did you switch the PB hose and the OUT hose?

If you reconnect the loader, verify the hoses are connected correctly and there is flow through the hyd system
