Here are some pictures of a sprayer I made last year. Purchased the roller pump, regulator and spray wand at TSC.
The rest of the nylon fittings were purchased at my local harware store. I mainly use it to spray fence lines. I first used a Shureflo electric pump (you can see the base I mounted it too in the pic), but that wasn't powerful enough. The roller pump can produce up to 200 psi with the tractor idling! I usally spray at 125 psi.

I used high presure hose to connect to the roller pump with regular hose bib connectors. Very easy to find and no tools needed.

Made the cradle a little less wide than the drum for a snug fit.
Drum is secured by a single nylon strap.

Used two street ells with hose bib adapters for easy hookup.

The pump has "FLUSH WITH OIL AFTER USE" on it, so thats what I do. The caps keep the oil from draining out during storage.

Yes sir, and if you store it with oil, or antifreeze, in it, it'll last for years. If not, it'll corrode and be hard to turn after awhile. That's a real nice looking setup you have.
