Here are some pictures of a sprayer I made last year. Purchased the roller pump, regulator and spray wand at TSC.
The rest of the nylon fittings were purchased at my local harware store. I mainly use it to spray fence lines. I first used a Shureflo electric pump (you can see the base I mounted it too in the pic), but that wasn't powerful enough. The roller pump can produce up to 200 psi with the tractor idling! I usally spray at 125 psi.
