Well, I could just go out and buy a 17 gpm pump. That turbo means nothing to me. Heck yeah, my dealer would sell them to us and then buy one for his hay operation. Then Joel would have 3, because I don't think my 511 BH would work too well with a cab.

I may end up with 3 Mahindra's here before long anyway. I've got to get something small for cleanouts on the poultry houses. Originally I thought I would get a skid steer, but I know I would only use it during cleanouts and it would sit the rest of the time. A small tractor could be used for lots of other things. Especially if I get a backhoe. Just waiting on that 8560 cab before I do anything. By then I probably won't be able to get a 3015 HST like I want.

I was planning on getting ag tires for the traction, but I will be using the loader for some heavy lifting. If the ag's were filled, would that fix the problem? Or should I just go with the industrials?

If you plan on using this thing in the woods, I'm of the opinion that you better get R1s vs the R4s. VA red clay will negate any Pros you may have for the R4s. My bucket is 78" and holds just shy of one cubic yard (23.xx cubic feet out of 27, as its the older style deep/non skid steer). I've got my front R1s pumped up and have never had them bow under any load...don't ask what pressure is in them, but it hasn't been changed in 5 years and came from the dealer that way. Do get the rears filled for sure...BobG in VA

Please explain R1 vs R4. With my current tractor, you either get ag or industrial.

R1 are ag tires, and R4 are the industrial tread.

I have the ag tires (R1) on the 6000 and 7010 and I see the tires bulge under load, but I have never had a failure. I have put the 6000 through the ringer too. I wouldn't give up the traction ag tires give for a boatload of R4s.

My opinion, in the poultry houses, the skid steer would do you job faster and easier. I never driven a skid steer, but they can turn on a dime. I always thought rear engine lawn mowers were the way to go, until I bought a zero turn mower. The difference is night and day. Skid steer's are very handy and Bradco even makes a backhoe for them. Just something to consider.

To address AG tire loading get 7520 tires/wheels on the 6520 if you get that one. The 7520 has a bigger front tire and at max pressure it carries the loader work well. The bigger AG fronts and rears on a 7520 will set the tractor a little higher and help you in the woods. Be aware that the tractors have a soft underbelly -- It will be hard to stay out of trouble. The AGs will shine in the traction dept, but you will have to be a little more careful about abusing them - the R4s are stronger to puncturing objects. I believe the 6520/7520 take the same R4s. You will finally kick yourself for not getting the optional 3rd remote for more freedom on hyraulic front and rear attachments that will help in your work.

Reasons to get 7520;
Bigger AGs
Bigger Hyd Pump
2 PTO speeds
Slightly more 3pt lift
More Power

I think its a comparative bargain.

Joel, do you already have a line on a 3015? I'm fairly sure that the 3015 is no longer a current model. So unless your dealer has one setting or if you are going to buy used, you might look at a 3215. The 3215 is more comfortable anyway. If you still want a 3015, my local dealer has had the same one on his lot for about 3 years.
