Hello, we recently purchased a used Deere 5525 with Cab, FEL, and MFWD. The tractor runs great, but the hand throttle has two odd issues:
1) The throttle lever is very stiff
2) When you set the throttle lever and let off, it will move very slightly back towards idle (e.g. if you set it at 1500, it will drop back down to maybe 1300ish).
I know there is a nut near the lever that can be adjusted, I didn't know if that would fix these issues or not? It seems if you loosen the nut to make the lever less stiff, it would increase the issue of the lever falling back down towards idle? We've had issues with the throttle cable becoming slack on our 6220, but this seems a little different
