5k series headlight diagram / issue

I have a 5400 with what I think is a ground issue - when turning the head light/hazzard switch on to any position nothing happens - if I turn the turn signal switch on (in conjunction with) all the light will work (depending on what position the headlight switch is on) So I am thinking that I have a ground issue with the head light switch and when i turn the turn signals on it is using the ground for that switch

Check the red 122 wire on back of light switch for power. THat is where it gets power from fuse. When the turn signals are on, power can backfeed through turn signal switch to lights switch on wire 102.
