Child endangerment is a legal def. I’m 74, grew up with scars to remind me of farm near misses - PTO, multiple head wounds, but the worst scar not visible - near back flip of tractor before ROPS. My sister’s grandkids love to ride with me because of buddy seat. At first never paid attention to them belting in until one sudden stop put one into the windshield. Even at 3.5 mph it hurt but she held back the tears. Now they know if they ride with uncle Mike they need to use their seat belt and they won’t ride with their grandpa anymore - no buddy seat, no seatbelt.
