If the bucket is being bent in snow what happens with a stubborn rock, some hard dirt etc. ?

I'd suggest replacing the present cutting edge with a much larger one and also adding the same to the front sides of the bucket. It will do wonders on stiffening up the bucket.:D :D :D

I think you've misunderstood...

The bucket isn't getting bent... The cutting edge is being worn on the concrete / blacktop while using it as a snow plow.

This makes the tractor much more efficient in moving snow and eliminates the wear of the cutting edge while using it as such...

Anyone know if you can change / modify the title of a thread?
