New Holland 1920
Hello, I own a 35hp new holland that I am looking to mount a rear blade on. I plan on using this for tight bike trail work so it needs to be a narrow blade. I am trying to find a 60" heavier duty blade. All of the 60" blades I seem to find are light duty and designed for smaller 25 hp and under machines.

Any suggestions for a 60" ish width rear blade that is relativity rugged?

Kewanee blades are about the best that I have used. If you can find one. I think they are out of business now.

I'm using a 5' Rhino blade which, I suspect, was cut from the bow plate of the Titanic. Need the loader to move it. I don't remember the model number, but it is a very serious, built-to-last device.

Everything attachments makes a couple that are pretty nice. A lighter unit for less than $700 bucks and a real heavy duty unit for about twice as much.

Everything Attachments XTreme Duty 6 way Tractor Scrape Blade

A real nice feature of their heavy duty unit is the offset plus it is Cat I & II QH compatible.

A Woods RB60 or Land Pride equivalent will do what you need to unless you plan on hanging it up on roots regularly. I pulled a Woods RB84 for years behind my 4500 JD with zero problems.

Do you plan to angle the blade at all while you're working? A 60" blade will have an effective width of 52" when angled 30*...just a thought.

I recently got an EA XTreme Duty 6-way blade, and I'm very impressed with it so far. The 60" model is listed at 450lbs, so it's pretty stout.

Excellent, I like the simpler ones, I don't need tilt, it would be nice tho to have if I did one day need it yet. The ones on everything equipment look pretty good. And I like the prices. Are there any other good sites for cheap blades other than everything equipment.

All my local dealers beat ET on price. They say shipping is free, but it is built into their price, which is why my dealers beat them. If they have something you like, and no dealer near you to buy it, go for it.

Cool, I am going to call around this week. I like buying local and a 6 foot blade should be pretty common so hopefully there are some in stock
