60 in. bush hog on bx2200

Had a great time Thursday. With all the rain we've had this spring, the back part of my yard didn't get mowed before. The fescue grass was taller than the tractor and seeded out. The MMM was leaving a lot of it uncut, so I borrowed my brother's 60 in. bush hog. He has an International 234 and it has all it can handle with the bush hog. I was really surprised when i started through the jungle with what looked like a monster on the back. I had the loader removed and the tractor was light in front with the mower raised, but it did a really good job in the tall stuff. I love the BX, it's awesome.

The bushhog was an International or your brothers tractor? I bet you are thinking......what if I had my own 4' hog /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

His tractor is an international 234, and the bush hog is a five foot international also, but it's not made by the old international tractor co. He bought it about 6 months ago, i don't know who makes it, but if i was buying one of my own, i'd get the five foot also.
