If it has a slipper clutch on it, I would try it. Just set the clutch to slip before it stalls out tractor. If it is a shear pin, that pass on it.
I am using a Muratori 50" that weights in at 275 lbs.
I just tilled a 1/2 acer last month for a friend. The groung was dried and packed hard. Took two passes at 4" each. Tiller and tractor did fine. The only problem was so much dust, had to changed the air filter.
