Around my house 60inches on a GC2400 would be too much but you can always take part of a pass if it bogs down, I quite often have to do that even with my MF2360 ( snow has a tendency to pack like concrete about 2-3ft thick across my driveway, first pass through -full width cut- you can hardly go slow enough, after that about 3/4 width and you can actually motor along quite nicely). Like has been mentioned keep lots of shear bolts handy, they do break at the most inopportune times.
