60" Snowblower on GC2300?

Around my house 60inches on a GC2400 would be too much but you can always take part of a pass if it bogs down, I quite often have to do that even with my MF2360 ( snow has a tendency to pack like concrete about 2-3ft thick across my driveway, first pass through -full width cut- you can hardly go slow enough, after that about 3/4 width and you can actually motor along quite nicely). Like has been mentioned keep lots of shear bolts handy, they do break at the most inopportune times.

The 2360 is a 50" blower. A few inches wider should not be a problem. I did forget to mention having lots of sheer bolts on hand. They break at the most inconvenient times. ;-)

And some basic tools.

Oops. My bad. I just went out and measured the thing, and blackd is 100% correct; the 2360 is a 50" blower. Been away from the tractor too long!

Nonetheless, based on the performance of my 50" blower, I shouldn't think a 60" would slow it down all that much.
