Can you buy air filters and oil filters at auto parts stores to fit the 610 mule? If so does anyone have the numbers for them?

If you have the numbers of the original filters you can use the Wix Website to cross reference. Then find a place selling Wix. Guaranteed to cost less than going to Kawasaki. The Japanese really like their parts and show just how much by the prices they charge for them.

Welding gave you good info and got you to Wix's front door. If you look at their web site under "Filter Look-Up" they only list an oil filter for 610 (Wix 51394):

BTW, Wix makes filters for Napa, so it may be easier for you to get Napa and their filter numbering essentially drops first digit from Wix number, so Wix 51394 = Napa 1394.

I run a purolator oil filter L14476 on my 610.

Just FWIW, that particular filter, or it's equivalent, is what I use in my Toyota MR2s (all three generations), my mother's Camry, my John Deere mover GT 275 with Kawasaki engine, my EverRide Warrior zero-radius mower with Kawasaki engine, and my Generac standby generator.
I buy the NAPA Gold version by the case.
