All-

Hope this is not a stupid question.

I can't get the 2520 to back over the 62D - when the front tires contact the deck, the deck just skids across the ground. I am on concrete. Everything is disconnected. The MFWD is engaged.

Thoughts? Is this not supposed to be done on a hard surface? Not mentioned in the manual.

Thanks
T

Solved.

As best I can tell, despite the light being on, the MFWD was not engaged. Went out and rechecked the lever, it did not appear to be fully engaged. Tried again and backed over the deck without any problem...

tm mine does exactly the same. Pushing the lever down and the 4wd light comes on then a little further down and you can feel the 4wd actually engage. Just remember to not use your foot on the lever only your hand.

Yep. I read the thread about activating with your foot and was probably being too gentle with my hand.

Thanks for the input!
