6404 reverse rotation rear main seal

I'm working on an old reverse rotation JD 6404 engine (flywheel spins CW). The rear main seals that JD has available are all for normal rotation engines and they are directional so I can't use them in this engine. JD no longer carries the reverse rotation seals. I've got some feelers out with some bearing houses so see if they can come up with a sleeve/lip seal for this engine. This is a stab in the dark but was wondering if anyone has any leads.

Wow...I have no idea what that is but I do know I have bought some surprisingly obsolete JD parts from a dealer or parts guy by searching for NOS on the net. You can do a dealer search for the parts --if you have the number--on the JD website. Or a nice dealer can do it for you.
I once found a rare NOS part at a dealer by just typing the part number into Google. I had nearly searched the country and the piece was less than 10 miles from my house at a JD dealer who originally told me it was "obsolete and unavailable".
I always try this first before I make a part.
