Im not sure on the 648, but i have a 654 and to adjust the belts on it you loosen and adjust one of the back rollers.

Kinda impatient, aren't we? Some of us don't sit here 24/7. Are all the belts tracking off to the same side? If not, you don't have a tracking problem, you have a belt or operator problem. Give us a little more info.
