Well, my brand new 6500 with FEL(bucket and pallet forks) was delivered this weekend and I had a great time putting it through its paces. It performed all that was asked flawlessly. Was able to brush hog for about 5 hrs. moved a little dirt. Mostly spent the time just getting use to this machine. It sure has a lot of power. It seemed more powerful than the 75 HP Massey I had been borrowing.
The onlly thing that I was troubled by is that there is no where to put a bottle of water. I guess I will have to rig something up. Any ideas? Magnetic cup holder? Any other tips for "customizing" this for creature comforts would be appreciated.

John,
Boaters World sells suction cup drink holders that work very well. They are made out of nylon material. You can wad them up and put em in your pocket. We use these offshore fishing. The suction cups really do stick were you put them. They should be on their website.

John here is a picture of the drink holder. It's called a Grippit Drink-Lash. Listed at $5.99.

I usually just put the bottle under the seat or beside the draft/three point controls - usually stays put.

Congratulations!

Thanks for the advise for the water holder. I like the suction cup deal. What about magnetic cup holders. Seems like there was a thread some time back about them. I did wedge a bottle of water by the controls on sunday, but was looking for a solution that wouldnt cause me to drop the water (I did). Well, I am looking really forward to putting this Mahindra to work.
The tufftop canopy was great. I didnt really get too hot even though the temp was 96 degrees. Had a breeze though, and the sun off of me made it tolerable.
