We finally got a 1969 Ford 4500 tractor with torque converter running but:
1. I can't shift it out of second gear. It does move forward and reverse but, I can't shift the gear box.
2. The loader goes up but, will not come down. I had the valves rebuilt.
3. The brakes are very low.
