I have that exact Howse disk. It has sealed roller bearing and the angle of the blades can be adjusted for the conditions.

All gangs have the scalloped discs on mine. It cuts very well.

I have pulled this disc and a normal gang disc quite a bit. The off set disc pulls like a boat anchor, will go deep when needed and does leave a rougher finish than a gang disc. This one does leave a small dead furrow that can be covered on the next pass. It does not pull the tractor to one side or the other. 7' wide orchard disc out of California. Not sure how it ended up in Illinois. It needs a new home
