Yep, if you look you can see 2 wires coming out from behind the pulley. It doesn't put out very much (about 90 watts), just enough to keep the battery topped off. I attached a breakdown, you can see the wires behind the 001 part.

If I wasn't such a nice guy, I'd take offense to that statement. Actually, my first Kubota was a B7100HST with a loader. Nice tractor and I still have the factory shop manual if you are interested?
