The cutting around objects wont be a problem. Its gonna be a new lawn. So depending on what i use for a mower will dictate the actuall finished area. If I cant cut it with what I have, it wont be grass.
All the stone walls will have 12" of mulch in front of them. There will be no sharp corners. I have one tree island in the front of the house. I may end up with mulch all the way to the stone wall so I dont have to go around that eithor.
I dont know if its ever gonna dry out up here. Once it stops raining, I need to address the wash outs on my leach field. Of course this makes a good argument for a canopy for the tractor. I could be out there now instead of in here watching the sand wash away.
