Power must be able to flow fromt he key switch start position, thru the NS switch, then to the solenoid. get you a gator clip and wire and clip one end to the ignition switch start lug, and the other to the solenoid power in line.. make sure you are in neutral on both sticks, and make sure you are hitting the start lug.. be inthe operator seat when you do this in case you goof up.. now you have bypassed the NS switch.. if you hit the key-start position and she fires you know the problem is in the wire fromthe key switch to the NS switch, the NS switch itself, or fromt he wire from the NS switch tot he solenoid... easy to jumper each out in turn to figure what's the culpret.
