73 massey 135 3pt lift work up and down. Had a disk on it. Loaded on trailer then would not work

I hear the pump kick in on up position. Bur no movement. Can pick up with hands no resistance. Stays down. Help please

Usually the rockshaft piston o ring seal needs replacement

Is the handle with the round ball (draft control, outer lever) all the way back? If the draft control is not all the way back the square knob handle (position control, lever closer to you) will not work right.
