7500 vs 2410

Is the 2410 worth $1500 more than the 7500? You get 4/2 more HP, position control, 110 lbs. weight. Does that make it 1500 worth more capable.

It's a marginal call IMO. The engine in the 2410 isn't all that much stronger than the 7500, and they are pretty much the same frame. If you want a stronger/bigger tractor, I'd look at the 2710 or 2910, both of which are on a bigger frame and have a distinct increase in power.

I went through the same dilemma about three months ago; The same differences you pointed out are the reason I went with the 2410. The 27/2910 were just too big for what I was looking for, and the B7500 did not have some critical features I wanted (position control being one of them).

The B2410 is a perfect compromise. I mow about 5 acres with it and have used my FEL for more things that I originally anticipated. The power has been more than sufficient, and for once I can't wait to move some snow.

One thing I found is that is was real hard to find a B2410 in New Jersey when I bought mine. Apparently it's a real popular model around here, and my dealer had to get mine from Ohio.

Anyhow, regardless of your decision good luck with your choice. I can't say enough good things about Kubota products.
